Originally began working at BCA one day a week supporting on Employer/Community and Stakeholder engagement alongside marketing of the college, the role moved into a full time position in 2015 when I also took over the lead on The Estate Management. Set within a 400 acre estate with both arable and livestock, a working livery and a Zoo, a real estate of both modern and new buildings, as well as a stock of older properties that also included a Grade 1 listed Mansion and surrounding Grade 2 listed assets.In 2016 I was asked to lead on the Apprenticeship delivery to bring the service delivery back in house and focus on quality of the provision and new business development. I was part of the management team to secure the contract for delivery of the non-levy paying employers. Under my stewardship FE Choices employer satisfaction survey reached its best ever performance achieving 95.8% and in 2017 both timely and overall completion exceeded Government targets.I also managed the Work Placement team, who delivered thousands of hours of excellent work experience opportunities for the students at BCA.

President at The Windsor District Chamber of Commerce for two years, representing small business issues to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, organizing both social and business to business events to keep our Windsor, Ascot, Sunninghill and Sunningdale business informed.Created collaborations with other smaller trading groups and Chambers in the area.

I inspired and developed sales strategies into my clients businesses, through Sales Training, Sales and Marketing support and PR activity. Drawing on trusted relationships established over 30 years, aiding them grow their businesses with a specific focus on Social media use and growing digital audiences.Working with clients across a range of sectors, including Further Education, Construction, Retailing, Local Authorities, Manufacturing and E Learning.

I was responsible for driving the agenda for the SME group on the TVBLEP, the group currently had four key initiatives, Digital/Broadband Solutions for SME's across Berkshire, Procurement opportunities for SME's from Public Sector spend, Health and how the changes in public health can generate new revenue streams for SME's, The Green agenda, ensuring that SMEs in Berkshire are kept well informed about the potential savings available through a greener approach as well as the emerging markets that this is creating.The group was fully represented with members of the Federation of Small Businesses, Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce and The Institute of Directors as well as a collective of SMEs across Private Education, Telecommunications, Accounting, Printing, Digital/Social Media Marketing Agency, Care, Recruitment Solutions, Health Solutions, Finance, Sustainability as well other sectors.I worked in collaboration to ensure that the immense skills and entrepreneurship that this business group delivered was harnessed and the voice of the SMEs in Berkshire was heard at Board Level of the TVBLEP

Respsonsible for £5m turnover with a team of 73 staff, BMG was a highly profitable, market leading, local publishing business, driven primarily by advertising revenues, I managed this business though the transition from a print-based publisher to a multi-platform media company, we punched above our weight in an aggressive competitive market, with our passion for local issues and by continually driving results for our clients.
