Since Asano Designs was more of an agency vs in house design team, a lot of my time was spent clearly articulating strategic thinking and design decisions to a variety of stakeholders in various industries. It required a lot of flexibility and adaptation since in one day I would have to design for one particular audience and then shift gears to one with a completely different aesthetic. Despite all this, core design principles and individual brand guidelines were always upheld to the T.

My role at CRF is to support my fellow designers with any design request we get from internal clients. They range from flyers and signage to full fledge websites and on-site graphics.

At Comprehensive Youth Development, formerly Comprehensive Development Inc., I worked closely with management to make sure all design deliverables met their goals. Since there wasn't a design manager, I had to be a self starter and own all the projects I worked on from start to finish. This involved conceptualizing and executing designs and presenting to stakeholders.

My main duties were assisting the creative director with various marketing pieces that stayed true to the brand and communicated the features/benefits of the services.

Main duties include sorting out clothes from shipments, back stocking anything that we don't need on the floor to the stock room. In addition, supporting the visuals team in re-arranging merchandise based on company guidelines.

From time to time Bric contacts me to take photographs of their shows as they record them. The photographs are then used for promotional pieces such as Ads, Brochures, etc.

As a marketing/adverting intern team, my fellow internees and I helped re-brand two of BCAT’s shows and created a poster campaign to help spread awareness about the shows and their new look.

SBA asked me to come in and help them with the Facebook portion of a campaign they were doing for The Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions. My duties included writing copy for their Facebook ads as well as gauging the response to the ads and adjusting the creative accordingly.

During my time at SBA, I worked closely with the creative team as well as accounts on various projects for major national and international clients. These projects include: direct mail, print, TV, social media, guerilla/outdoor, collateral, branding, etc.
