Key Accountabilities1. To assist the Senior Project Engineer/ Project Manager in mapping out project construction detailed Work Plans, Activities and Task from preparation till completion to fullfill all the requirements specified in the contract to meet and achieve a Safe, Smooth On Time and within budget according to the original premises and KPIs relating to: 1.1 HSSE1.2 Quality of Services Performed1.3 Schedule/Planning1.4 Productivity

·Prepare Work Permit as per Work Orders and Job Description. · Prepare JSA, JSC, JRA, Bowtie and Hot Work or as required before work execution.· Check the documents required such as Mill Certificates and Part List prior for inspection of materials to be received.· Check approved drawings, WPS and other associated documents prior to execution of work.· Conduct fit up inspection, Groove size, bevel angle, root gap and root face. Gaps in socket welds, sufficient suitable screen and/or shelters to protect against inclement weather conditions.· Conduct NDT such as Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging and Dye Penetrant Testing.· Conduct initial and final visual inspection of Tanks, Pumps and Heat Exchangers after opening and prior for Box up. Check conditions for Tanks and Agitator blades rubberlining, corrocoat lining. Mark areas for repair. Record re-used and new parts for Pumps. Check conditions of Pumps parts prior to box-up, take inspection photo for recording and as attachments for reporting.· Conduct Bolt Tightness Check (BTC) and flange connections, cover plates, manhole covers by hammering to ensure the integrity of flange connections and minimize leaks prior to start up. · Witness Pump Alignment inspection, records Axial and Radial readings and assure it meets the tolerance required. · After completion of the activity JMaint QA/QC Inspector who conducted the inspection or testing shall prepare review of inspection report stating the result before and after repair including the recommendation, pictures as proof and attachment signed by Inspector/Supervisor, Site Manager and CBNC PIC. Completed requests are filed by JMaint QA/QC. Attends coordination meeting (internal & external) as assigned by the supervisor.

• To give full assist to the QA/QC Manager.• To develop, review and familiarize Quality Control Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, International Standards and Codes as well as the Project Specifications and Requirements.• Preparation, Documentation and Progress Monitoring of the Projects Plant Fire Protection Line Piping.• To prepare Marked up P&ID, As Built Red Marked up Isometric Drawing, weld mapping and updating using AUTOCAD/Manual Drawing as per actual site condition prior to mechanical check before Pressure Testing.• To review and check that the Test Packages meets the Project Specifications and Requirements, that all required documents are attached, necessary quality control inspection has been done during fabrication, installation and erection of piping systems, all NDE requirements has been covered.• To arrange, organize and coordinate all necessary activities along with the required documents (Request for Inspection, Transmittal, Pressure Testing Procedures, Calibration Certificates for Pressure Relief Valves and Gauges, Safety Measures and Analysis) are available prior to site inspection of pressure testing activities.• To be in sound coordination with the Piping Supervisors and Engineers during Pressure Testing.• To prepare and review Test Packages that are ready for Final Reinstatement, all punches that need to be closed out before pre-commissioning must be signed off by PMC.• To monitor and follow up which Plant Fire Protection Line Piping are ready for Final Handover/Final Documentation prior to Mechanical Completion of Piping Discipline.• To organize, prepare, check and review Plant Fire Protection Line Piping that are ready for Final Handover, all required documents are attached, all signatories has been signed off.• To submit the finished Plant Fire Protection Line Piping Handover System with proper Document Transmittals and Label Tags.• To register and record all relevant data's and results in the As Built and Test Package Log.

• To give full assist to the QA/QC Manager.• To be familiar with the relevant Quality Control Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, International Standards and Codes as well as the Project Specifications and Requirements.• Preparation, Documentation and Progress Monitoring of all Project Disciplines.• To monitor and follow up which Project Disciplines are ready for Final Handover/Final Documentation to be submitted to the Main Contractor.• To organize, prepare, check and review all Project Disciplines Documents that are ready for Final Handover, all required documents are attached, all signatories has been signed off, cleanliness of the documents has been checked, proper segregation and sorting based on check records has been followed accordingly. • To submit the finished Project Disciplines Documents with proper Document Transmittals and Label Tags, coordinate with Mechanical Completion Department if there are any changes to be done prior to Commissioning.• To register and record all relevant data's and results in the As Built and Test Package Log.

• To give full assist to the Deputy QA/QC Manager, Welding and Piping Superintendent and to the QA/QC Welding/Piping Engineers.• To be familiar with the relevant Quality Control Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, International Standards and Codes as well as the Project Specifications and Requirements.• Preparation, Documentation and Progress Monitoring of Piping Systems and Test Packages.• To prepare Marked up P&ID, As Built Red Marked up Isometric Drawing, weld mapping and updating as per actual site condition prior to mechanical check before pressure testing.• To review and check that the Test Packages meets the Project Specifications and Requirements, that all required documents are attached, necessary quality control inspection has been done during fabrication, installation and erection of piping systems, all NDE requirements has been covered.• To arrange, organize and coordinate all necessary activities along with the required documents (Request for Inspection, Transmittal, Pressure Testing Procedures, Calibration Certificates for Pressure Relief Valves and Gauges, Safety Measures and Analysis) are available prior to site inspection of pressure testing activities.• To be in sound coordination with the Piping Supervisors and Engineers during pressure testing.• To prepare and review Test Packages that are ready for Final Reinstatement, all punches that need to be closed out before pre-commissioning must be signed off by PMC.• To monitor and follow up which Piping Systems are ready for Final Handover/Final Documentation based on the Project Systemization of ASU Units prior to Mechanical Completion of Piping Discipline.• To organize, prepare, check and review Piping Systems that are ready for Final Handover, all required documents are attached, all signatories has been signed off, cleanliness of the documents has been checked, proper segregation and sorting based on check records has been followed accordingly.

• Review all applicable Codes, Standards, Project Specifications, Quality Control Procedures (QCP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).• Interprets Isometric Drawings and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams.• Inspection of Piping Materials like CS, LTCS, SS, Seamless and Welded Pipe Forged and Fittings.• Conducts inspection of Process Flow Piping Fabrication and Erection to ensure that they conform to specified Drawings, Procedures, Codes and Standard.• Visual inspection of pipe fit-up as per WPS & Isometric Drawings prior to Welding.• Assist NDE Inspection & Pressure Test in accordance with the approved procedure and test plan.• Witness Bolt Torque/Tensioning as per SAEP-351 for Bolted Flange Joint Assembly.• Line Checking and Reviewing of Test Package Documents prior to Tests and Reinstatement.• Build and maintain orderly records of all inspection reports and testing reports.

• Conducts Hydro Test Inspection, Leak Testing Inspection and Visual Inspection.• Company’s representative to witnessed NDT such as RT, PT and Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging.• Draws Isometric and Orthographic Piping Layout and Details, Fabrication Drawing and Bill of Materials for Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage as per API 650 Standards.• Preparing, monitoring and recording of daily accomplishments and inspection reports.
