- Act as subject matter expert for all relevant stakeholders in the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and Decision Making Unit (DMU) to help build knowledge and understanding about AZ's overall Oncology portfolio- Credibly engage influential stakeholders including across the broader Oncologyecosystem to collaboratively develop win-win solutions and drivesuccessful implementation of key account strategies- Engages cross-functionally in a sophisticated manner to address the needs ofindividual accounts and to support collaborative problem solving, i.e., workingwith field and office based colleagues to actively align insights and utiliseorganisation-wide expertise to support each account

- Leading and motivating a team of 8 Sales Representatives - Driving performance to meet and exceed team sales targets- Preparation and implementation of territory promotional business plan- Coaching of Representatives to deliver persuasive sales presentations
