The IS/IT Vendor Management team:Oversees the information technology vendor relationship and delivery of outsourced services. Supports the IT function, partners with senior management to evaluate vendor performance, needs assessment, spend optimization and risk management. Directs the lifecycle activities for existing contracts. Identifies new technology solutions and works closely with internal business partners to forecast future needs and to develop cost effective strategies aligned with business objectives.Drives the strategy and selection of vendors.Performs cost and spend analysis to identify cost effective solutions for existing and future contracts. Coordinates lifecycle activities on software licensing, compliance audits, software/hardware upgrades and maintenance. Coordinates and participates in the negotiation with the Legal and Procurement departments and ensures timely execution of the contracts.
