In Sydney I worked with Macquarie Telecom. I was responsible for two of the four lines of businesses: Mobile and Fixed Voice. This means P&L responsibility. The responsibilities were to drive sales; improve propositions and back-office processes; launch new products; rationalise product portfolio; and improving customer profitability mix. In my role I am als responsible for developing and introducing fixed-mobile products (FMC) for the business market and for the MVNO/carrier relations.

In my last role I set up from scratch the mobile wholesale business and built it out to a very profitable business with appr. 1/3 of all Telfort subscribers. Customers are: Tele2, debitel, Postbank, Albert Heijn, BelCompany, Lebara, etc.
