The principal facets of my professional identity are : transition facilitator, program manager, corporate social responsibility advocate; organisational development practitioner, philanthropy coach, professional trainer, event coordinator and founder of Radicalintegrity.net and Numinos.beMy vision is to see people & teams care about the context they operate in. My main vehicles to bring that about are Maanch.com, Flowing Wakefulness and Numinos.beFor what it is worth : I hold a Master’s degree in international political sciences & a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, both from the Free University of Brussels. I did a post-academic program in conflict and development at the university of Ghent and a post-academic program in positive organization development and change at the university of Leuven. I have been a trainer at the Consciousness Coaching academy, Associate Certified Coach (ICF), a certified project management professional (PMI) and a certified scrum master with years of experience in agile software development. I have led a program transforming the way of working at the international NGO Euroconsumers. Now I am on Team Maanch, upgrading the world of philanthropy from a transactional to a transformational space.
