Project lead of multiple projects for Fluvius. Projects vary from creating a monitoring portal over data migration (from Fluvius to Atrias), BI Reporting, Data Quality measurements and Energy sharing to an energy market specific proces coordination project. Thanks to this wide variety and scope, it was a great opportunity to use my experience and knowledge to handle the assigned responsibilities.Responsibilities linked to all projects:• Manage an assigned team to deliver on the agreed commitments.• Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure proper communications.• Coordinate technical meetings to elaborate/optimize solution• Prioritize requirements and plan accordingly• Manage the budget of the project• Act as escalation point for project related escalations Responsibilities related to one or more specific projects:• Manage the sprints for the creation of the deliverable • Manage the delivery of the Fluvius data files for the load in Atrias CMS in the various iterations• Act as fluvius point of contact for Atrias • Test coordination for User Acceptance Testing • Assist the team in analysis of reported issues.• Coordinate defect management• Identify and present improvements to all stakeholders.
