To identify these low scores a quantitative research has been conducted. The instrument that was chosen to identify the underlying causes is the "Keukentafelgesprekken"​(freely translated as "the conversations at the kitchen table"). End of July 2015 an overall report of the results is presented to the board of directors CNL.May 1st 2013 - March 1st 2015: Harmonisation of two Labour Conditions Package (July 1st 2014), Pensions (July 1st 2014) and arrangements (January 1st 2015) including their processes and systems in the Netherlands (March 1st 2015).
