In 2017 I became responsible for Van der Peijl Projects. In this period of time I have worked hard to know and understand VDP main customers. I created a loyal band of Shipbuilding customers through good service and got great recommendations. This good service turned out into more Sales (>250K). I had daily contact with two different customers in Qatar. One of them started doing business since October 2017. Four months after employment I became responsible for the commercial operations of the organization.- Acting as a point of contact for advertisers, exhibitions and intervention agencies et al.- Setting up an exhibition action plan for future participation.- Writing news for the company’s website and sending commercial emails to clients.- Developing a triptych company's brochure for the account managers.- Implementing a presence on Social Media sites which enables to connect with clients and prospects. - In April 2014 I launched the new company website of DNM International. I worked on this project for four months together with Websites Nederland.- Creating datasheets with technical specifications to provide the client with sufficient information.

In 1,5 years I built up a network of national and international clients, partners and suppliers. As an Office Sales Worker I prepared each day an amount of quotations and did the best I can to get the business to our side.

I always wanted to experience another culture and how to work at a non-profit organization. In order to graduate I decided to volunteer in a sports project by the name of Scoren voor Marokko. This initiative used sport and play to enhance child development in areas of disadvantage. Beside that I was responsible for the organization in The Hague, Amstelveen and Amsterdam, I’d also responsibilities include activities as networking, promotional activities, approaching potential local and national sponsors with sponsoring packages, and keeping the website and social media up-to-date. I have written my Bachelor Thesis about how this project can be funded in the next five years. Grade 8,3.

After my study abroad I worked at State of Art Menswear. Upselling and dealing with direct client contact are the most important things I've learned during this period.

I did my first internship at Whizzie in Amsterdam. Five months in a row I called each day several suspects and prospects with the question if they would like to purchase e-learning lessons. At the end I arranged approximately 20 appointments (different prospects) for the account manager.Furthermore I wrote a Marketing Implementation Plan and presented the outcome to the company and my lecturer.
