In this team my focus is on customer development and business development in order to identify new possibilities for improving workplaces and business processes with the use of Integrated Workplace Management Software and new technologies (for example: Internet of Things, Sensoring, Big Data, Smart Workplace). Therefor I actively follow developments in the field of work, indicating trends in the market and sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues. I play the role of business partner towards the customer and take an active role in User groups and Customer days.I work with clients to write business cases and to create roadmaps to meet project performance expectations. This I communicate with Sales and Services to deliver the best solutions for clients. I also organize, prepare and lead inspiration sessions, presentations and business meetings. In this team my focus was on helping organizations to improve their workplaces and business processes with the use of Integrated Workplace Management Software (IWMS). As an Integrated Workplace Management Software (IWMS) product expert I was responsible for the presentations and demonstrations of the product suite to prospects and customers, both national and international. Next to that I configured and co-developed new product solutions for demo purposes based on customer business cases.

This living lab is part of a research project about the Healthy Workplace. Researchers of the Hanzehogeschool Groningen and Hanze University of Applied Science Groningen investigate which elements will contribute to healthy employees and, as a result of that, to a healthy organization.
