Responsible for project administration, keeping records up-to-date, invoicing, preparing input for quarterly report, responsible for financial records of technical service department, warehouse and inventories, all mainly usjng Navision. More in general highly experienced in using Excel including some VBA.

As a design agency Fabrique is a project based organization. In this job I'm primarily responsible for the whole project related part of the financial administration. The main goal is to ensure up-to-date provision of relevant financial information to (especially) project and unit managers, by day to day maintenance of several financial tools as well as making periodic and ad hoc reports, frequently using Excel and sql to retrieve relevant input from databases. Besides this, most important tasks of my job include invoicing, preparing project related input for the montly report (like PoC, accruals and analysis), monitoring accounts receivable, interacting with project and unit managers as well as IT, preparing the company wide montly financial report and several other finance related topics (e.g. processing incoming invoices, helping to enhance tooling and processes and dealing with international VAT issues). In this job, over the years, I gained detailed and profound knowledge of the working of a project administration and, cooperating with IT and our software supplier, more in general, the working of financial administration tooling.
