I assist clients with system usage, troubleshoot issues, and maintain an up-to-date help center. I implement and train FIN, our upcoming AI chat robot, to address client needs effectively. Additionally, I design comprehensive onboarding courses for new clients. I also create custom templates using Liquid code and collaborate with our team to test and implement new features, ensuring our solutions are always evolving and user-friendly.
