Based on my extended experiences and proven track of improved supply performances, and within an internal reorganisation of the company, I got as manager of the supply department the clear mission to:- improve the service level to internal customers- solve bottlenecks throughout the complete supply chain of the company;- re-establish confidence in the supply chain;- identify and plan longterm improvements;- integrate a partnership with an external road transport company to improve the delivery of our goods; - create a reliable dashboard for close followup purposes;the scope of the mission includes all materials whether purchased (locally and centrally) or produced and includes all stocks at all storage places in Belgium;therefore:- I lead and coach a team to implement a lean supply chain organisation on national level within Infrabel, including purchasing, transporting, warehousing and distribution issues (stock value € 250 million, 4 central warehouses, 22 logistic centres, 150 FTE all over Belgium).- I establish, comment and report monthly business dashboard with (detailed) reportings and KPI’s for efficient steering purposes in daily management.- I recruit new profiles (junior and senior level, in all logistic functions) to be capable of implementing the developed supply chain strategy;- I hierarchically lead a team for Material Master Data Management in SAP (65000 SKU);- I hierarchically lead a team of Supply Controllers to determine the company's supply vision and implement it;- i hierarchically lead a team of replenishment collaborators, assuring the delivery of materials and communication to our internal customers;- I hierarchically lead a team for the replenishment of strategic railway materials;- I am also member of several steering groups for implementation of new processes (e.g. the TBL1+ safety modules in Belgium, split management of maintenance & investment flows, SAP PS implementation steering group, …)

In this interim management assignment at Infrabel I am responsible for the assisting in the smooth transition towards SAP - acting as 'transition manager' between the SAP Mind3 team - in which I will implement and roll out SAP in the complete business for the Antwerp and Liege areas;
