Het is mijn passie om particulieren en bouwprofessionals in te laten zien dat wonen veel comfortabeler, gezonder en duurzamer kan dan wat wij in Nederland gewend zijn. Met een focus op de lange termijn en TCO (Total Cost of Ownership = hypotheek + energie + onderhoud) worden hele andere keuzes gemaakt dan wat standaard is in de bouw. Vanuit BCD Advies werk ik mee aan projecten met een hoge duurzaamheidsambitie. Dit kunnen particuliere woningen, CPO projecten of projectontwikkelingen voor woningen of kleine utiliteit zijn. Allemaal met als doel installatie-arme gebouwen te realiseren met een zo minimaal mogelijke impact op het milieu. Passief, ecologisch en met de bewoners als uitgangspunt.
