During his 20 years at Accenture, of which 10 years as Partner, Geert has been working in all Accenture's type of services, ranging from Strategy and Management Consulting to Systems Integration and Outsourcing, and in several industries, mainly being Healthcare, Public Service and Utilities.Geert's main background is in large and complex change programs, of which most had a transformational nature combining changes in organisation, process and IT with the goal to substantially improve the performance of an organisation.During the last 5 years Geert was part of Accenture's Dutch management team, responsible for the services for Accenture's clients in Healthcare and Public Service.Within the Dutch management team of Accenture Geert has also been the responsible partner for the finance & control function and has been the representative (‘bestuurder’) towards Accenture’s works council.Characteristic for Geert’s approach are Passion for the client, Professionalism, Result orientation and Teamwork
