I have held leadership positions both in commercial businesses and educational institutions. As a serial entrepreneur , I am adept at establishing and running successful ventures independently. As an educator, I am familiar with the two popular International curriculums one offered by the Cambridge Board and the International Baccalaureate. My core strength in education lies in teaching Mathematics to Senior students of IGCSE, AS/A levels and the IBDP mathematics . As a school leader with 19 years of experience , my areas of expertise lie in establishing systems on both academic and administrative front [including HR functions and Marketing] and ensuring its effective implementation and execution for the smooth functioning of the institution. On the commercial front, I am a bold entrepreneur with inherent courage to take risk and explore new ventures , successfully manage them and work with a goal to provide employment opportunities to deserving people with skill .My biggest strength is participative leadership, empowering people I work with and take up new challenges.
