• Reviewing, analyzing and interpreting construction drawings, shop drawings, bills of quantity and specifications to facilitate or undertake detailed take-offs in the format prescribed by the project method of measurement; for use with interim or final payment applications, variations, claims or subcontractor/ supplier enquiries or payments.• Reviewing the detailed pre-start estimate prepared by the tender team and providing inputs to the higher management regarding the current market rates, missed out items and quantities. • Liaising with the project engineering department to ensure all measurements are produced from most recent drawing revisions.• Liaising on a day-to-day basis with the cost consultant to ensure commercial requirements and processes are being met. • Maintaining tracking schedules for variations, day works, payments, final measure submissions, additional works or claims.• Preparation and submission of interim /monthly payment applications to consultants/clients and expedite payment certificates.• Preparation of monthly subcontract cost liability schedule and submit to accounts within stipulated timeframe • Certifying payment to subcontractors in a timely manner and in accordance with the terms of agreement.• Coordinating with timekeepers and store men etc. to ensure correct cost coding and allocations are implemented and maintained and undertake physical stock and inventory checks or audits on site as may be required for payment applications or internal purposes.• Providing data required by senior commercial staff for preparation of project cost/value reports and forecasts and prepare and maintain detailed under measure / over measure records for use in monthly internal reports or end forecasts as in form of Cost to completion (CTC).• Preparing resource allowable for the project management team, material wastage reports to the project management.

• Responsible and Coordination for Liaison related works in order for smooth functioning of the project.• Study and obtaining Feasibility report and optimizing maximum potential FSI• Participating in estimation and monitoring construction from the feasibility stage of a project through the completion of the construction period.• Working closely with cost consultant, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, accountants and with all levels of government authorities.• Assisting the Cost consultant in preparing early stage budgets and details costs plans. Checking and reviewing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.• Assisting in the costing analysis for the different tenders and participating in negotiation to ensure budgets are not exceeded.• Rechecking and verifying the co-ordination drawing consisting all the architectural, structural and MEP elements• Valuing progress payments at regular intervals. Valuing changes to design or quantities, this may arise by reference to appropriate Bill of Quantities rates.• Analyzing outcomes and participate in producing progress reports.• Advise on procurement strategy in coordination with the Contracts Manager.• Preparation of variation claims and coordination with consultant/client for the same wherever applicable• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and performing all other adhoc activities as and when required.• Reviewing/ Assisting the Planning of building as per Green concept and as per Client requirements• Rechecking and verifying the co-ordination drawing consisting all the architectural, structural and MEP elements• Use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for quantification, 3d and 4d to perform drawing work tasks.
