Startup in the employment and resume building space in order to tackle unemployment and underemployment issues caused by recession. Contributed to business concept, led up initial market research, assisted in admission to Alpha Labs (Innovation Works) incubator, and developed V1 of resume optimizer algorithm, among other items. However, resigned from start-up to focus on health and for lengthy recovery period for a total pancreatectomy with auto-islet cell transplantation. Co-founders later built up the initiative to a successful exit.

ACM@CMU is the official student chapter for the Association of Computing Machinery at Carnegie Mellon University. Responsibilities during the founding process included team building, fundraising from industry and faculty sponsors, defining an initial organization mission, submitting chapter bylaws, becoming officially chartered, organizing interdisciplinary computing and entrepreneurship related activities for students, and collaborating with other groups and departments on campus.
