• Finalizing year end audit & financials in compliance with LKAS/ SLFRS.• Overseeing and Optimizing company’s working capital & foreign currency exposures.• Finalization of Monthly Accounts & accurate Management Reporting within the stipulated timelines including project financials• Liaise with IRD, Banks, Insurance & other external parties on official issues.• Ensure timely submission of tax returns & payments (WHT, IT, SVAT & VAT, etc).• Coordination with Internal & External Auditors.• Preparation of Business Plans, Forecasts and Project Financial Models.• Monitoring Project funding, analyzing and identifying funding requirements and arranging equity infusions and debt funds accordingly• Ensure compliance with all project documents and agreements• Presentation of quarterly financials to audit committee and board of directors during audit committee meetings,board meetings, and annual general meeting• Maintenance of financial statements from the inception and leading the implementation of SAP ERP systemwith the assistance of business excellence team• Reviewing and developing internal controls and processes• Liaising with parent company and other shareholders with respect to reporting, financing and compliance

• Treasury management for the Group’s properties• Tax planning with respect to the efficient utilization of funds• Preparation of flash reports, monthly MIS and Quarterly accounts• Responsible for preparing of Annual budgets and forecasts• Preparation of Consolidated financial statements• Reviewing and analyzing General Ledger accounts with hotel accountants• Periodical review of Internal controls with the support of internal auditors• Ensuring the successful completion of external audits by providing necessary information• Analyzing and presenting monthly performance of Group’s Hotels to senior management• Ensuring the timely preparation & publication of Annual Report of the Group• Engagement in the implementation of cloud-based ERP system (Oracle Fusion) within Group’s properties• Liaise with financial Institutes, Auditors, Inland Revenue and other external Institutes

• Preparation of flash reports, monthly MIS and Quarterly accounts• Responsible for preparing of Annual budgets and forecasts• Reviewing and overseeing accounts receivable function ensuring timely collection• Maintaining dividend accounts by arranging funds and periodical reconciliations• Coordinating with Shared Service Centre with regard to Accounts Payable, Receivable and General Ledger functions• Reviewing and analyzing General Ledger accounts with hotel accountants• Managing treasury for the assigned properties • Ensuring the successful completion of external audits by providing necessary information• Analyzing and presenting monthly performance of Group’s Hotels to senior management• Ensuring the timely preparation & publication of Annual Report of the Group• Liaise with financial Institutes, Auditors, Inland Revenue and other external Institutions

• Handling Accounts Payable of the company while updating AP Module of the system.• Responsible for Accounts Receivable while updating AR Module of the system, together with the remittances.• Engaging in Treasury Management of the company with the involvement in cash flow forecasting, cash management, liquidity planning and liaison with bank.• Assist in Preparation of monthly financial statements including Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow etc.• Preparation of journal entries, balance sheet schedules and reconciliations for month end closure.• Assist in monthly group reporting including consolidation of group accounts, inter-company reconciliations in SAFRAN-Group Reporting Tool, in accordance with IFRS.• Processing all the payments in timely manner & triggering payments via Online Banking System, while updating payment module of the system.• Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliations.• Preparation of key financial metrics and management information for management reports.• Assist in the computation of tax payable, filling tax returns (VAT, ESC, SVAT etc.)
