Accounts Manager
CurrentTo provide bookkeeping and specific financial advice to the GM, FC & Director on all business financials.- Payroll, superannuation, and entitlements, including STP2 Management- Management of Workers’ compensation short & long-term claims- Accounts receivable & payable, management & reconciliation of accounts- Corporate credit cards and fuel cards.- Perform bank & credit card reconciliations on a specific timeline as directed and manage all banking duties required by the business.- Produced balance sheet and P&L reports, cash flow projections & Budgets- Assist accountants with all ATO retirements (Tax returns, annual work cover statements, sub-contractor statements, EOFY tax returns, balances, and reporting).- Prepare and compile documentation for Audit HSEQ/ ISO9001 & ESC (Environmental and sustainability charter)- Management of project accounts, budgets & expenditures- Job Tracking, schedules timeline and Project reporting and invoices- Produce and manage spreadsheets, creating worksheets, data entry and sorting, formulas, functioning charts, and pivot tables.- Procurement management & engagement of services & subcontractors- Track project expenditure in MYOB- Assist in the take-off of tenders
