With a distinguished 19-year career in airports & infrastructure development, Geetha leverages her professional journey with diverse key roles across the project cycle for strategic planning, design, governance, risk management and project delivery. At the helm of the Infrastructure & Airports Sector at JLL India, Geetha drives business development and oversight on project delivery for pan India operations. Before her tenure at JLL India, she significantly contributed to Adani Airport Holdings Pvt Ltd in the CEO’s Office for Planning & Design, shaping the master planning and design frameworks at the group’s airports. Geetha's aviation journey also includes pivotal roles at Bangalore International Airport Limited and Larsen & Toubro heading the project planning & design teams and has demonstrated her expertise in major greenfield and brownfield airport developments. Across these roles, Geetha has consistently led teams to achieve strategic, holistic, inclusive, and sustainable outcomes. Her leadership was crucial during the challenging times for large scale project launches, where she skillfully navigated project complexities and delivered results that is time & cost-efficient ensuring quality, statutory codes, and safety standards. As an advocate of continuous learning, Geetha has also secured certifications for “Airport Planning, Design and Transportation management” from Singapore Aviation Academy at Changi Airport and “Real estate Economics and Finance” from London School of Economics and Political Science. Alongside her professional role, Geetha is a mentor to young aviation professionals and actively participates in community outreach programs that aim to inspire the next generation of aviation experts.
