My role as the HR Transformation Leader, involved driving complex business and organizational change projects supporting in specific their IT/ITES business namely, Optum Global Solutions(OGS). My team and I have had the privilege of working on numerous assignments and projects, shaping the operating model of the business, organizational design, foundational processes, and talent models to help scale this billion dollar business from 6500 people to 26000+ people today across 5 countries.

Part of the leadership team to define & deploy the distributed consulting model framework in the space of Talent and Organizational Consulting. The last 2 years were focused on driving the Human Capital Analytics (HCA) Offering globally, and managing the India-based Sales and Support Delivery center. We helped clients sell & deliver HR Analytical Solutions in the areas of Predictive Employee Churn Management, Workforce Forecasting, Talent Risk Management, Culture Transformation, and Sales Force Analytics. In 2009, I working extensively in the Benelux market to support consulting opportunities. My clients include Financial Services especially Banking, Retail, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense etc. across India, South Africa, Ireland, UK, Norway, US, Indonesia etc.

Joined this business at its inception to shape their foundational learning and organizational effectiveness function. In 2006, was selected for a Corporate HC role based for 6 months at Chicago. In this role I was responsible for directing their Cross Cultural Competency Program and the Building Manager Effectiveness Program for various markets of Hewitt.

Worked on a diverse set of engagements at HCL Tech including the Campus Advocacy and Recruiting program for North India, Set up of the Enterprise - SAP Practice, Design & Deployment of Employee Recognition & Communication Channels, Business Partner for the Wireless and Embedded Systems Group , HR SPOC for all enterprise and business bids, and driving workforce management practices for the business. Participated in a critical assignment for the HCL Technologies Leadership Team to shape the strategy and operating model of the business in 2003/4.
