This includes Physical inventory adjustments as needed.Responsible for initiating and processing Engineering change notices / Revision changes for 2 plant locations. Working with Estimating for developing and verification of process steps for quoting new work, as well as working from quote form to develop plant Routing. Have developed numerous training programs and performed training sessions at all levels within the organization at multiple plant locations. Initiate and implement cost savings projects which result in tangible savings in materials and/or labor. Perform time studies, to establish methods and standards, and comparisons of standards to quoted rates. Plant layout, including updating AutoCAD layout, and supervision of machine placements and installations and all related logistics.Occasional design work for tooling, and ancillary production items for fabrication using Inventor and AutoCad .
