Empowering Growth, One Story at a Time 🚀From an early fascination with numbers to a passion for helping people reach their potential, my journey has been one of discovery, growth, and empowerment. It all started at Cairo University, where I earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Optimization in Statistics. This foundation in analytics and problem-solving prepared me for a career in strategy—but it was the human side of the equation that truly captivated me. I realized that true growth comes not from solving equations, but from helping people unlock their own potential.This realization led me into the world of Learning & Development, where my mission became clear: to use my skills to inspire change, cultivate growth, and create lasting impact. In 2018, I earned my IBCT certification, and since then, I’ve delivered over 1,000 hours of training to more than 5,000 individuals. Each training session, workshop, or coaching session has been an opportunity to empower others, helping them build skills and overcome challenges.I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most inspiring organizations, including the United Nations, UN Women, and the American University, where I’ve designed and facilitated programs that address diverse needs. One of the most fulfilling milestones in my career was creating the “Best Version” program, an initiative aimed at bridging the gap between individual potential and the ever-evolving demands of the labor market. This program has been a testament to the power of personalized learning and growth.But the most rewarding moments aren’t always measured in hours or numbers. One of my proudest achievements was facilitating a leadership workshop that didn’t just teach professional skills but shifted mindsets. Watching participants embrace creativity 🎨, step into leadership roles 🌱, and realize their potential was a powerful reminder of the transformative power of training.At the heart of everything I do is believing that every person has a unique story.
