Currently, I am studding for a doctorate degree in public policy. I hold master's degree in mental health and another one in public policy and Programs’ Assessment and carry two Diplomas’ degrees in Education-Mental Health, and I have attended several trainings in management, program evaluation, behavior change, media outreach, religious and cultural sensitivity, interfaith dialogue, and breakthrough initiatives. I have worked in the field of Social and Behavior Change/Development since 2008 focusing on youth issues. In addition, I have also worked as program coordinator and manage youth-led organizations working with marginalized youth, refugees and most vulnerable groups in the area of prevention, protection and advocacy.I have various experiences in multiple linked fields of development;Eight years of Project coordination and management experience,Five years of Innovation, programming within UN system, Six years of Consultancies on Women Empowerment and SGBV issues including humanitarian response,18 years of Training of trainers and facilitation skills I worked vigorously in various types of developmental projects, and performed several tasks (Drafting fundraising proposals, manage online advocacy and awareness campaigns, design evaluation and assessment templates, supervising, consulting and counseling, preparing monthly/annual reports, drafting budgets, logistics, workshops, trainings...etc)
