Responsible for and oversee full cycle accounting, audit, government remittances, payroll, insurance, loss reserves, cash management, financing, financial reporting, funder & vendor payments and shareholder remittances plus payment processing and system runs on the lease management system. - Sept 2012 - Feb 2013 - worked through a major structural and financial re-organization of a long established photography company operating in Western Canada;- Oct 2012 - Jan 2013 - assisted a local entrepreneur through the acquisition process leading to a multi-million dollar acquisition of a successful and growing print company;- Aug 2012 - Sept 2012 - set up, directed, attended and provided the written recommendation on the accounting and operations due diligence on a US entity allowing a BC company to complete a multi-million dollar acquisition and gain downstream control on a vital part of their business: and,- April 2012 - June 2012 - performed on site visits, met with government authorities and sales professionals, reviewed current and historical data and made written recommendations on courses of action on specific properties owned by a major forestry company.
