Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client work, project-centric operations, and personnel in a team. My role is to ensure our clients have a beautiful and top-performing site within our various scopes, timelines, and budgets. 10up has a diverse client roster, and I've been fortunate to work with clients ranging from a Fortune 500 company to a leading tech/mental health company or an impactful nonprofit. As a team lead, I directly manage several production team members in the delivery of client work and in alignment with established production metrics.Internally, I lead cross-discipline global project teams of engineers, visual & UX designers, audience & revenue strategists, and quality assurance specialists to build finely crafted websites. Externally, I'm managing all day-to-day client communication, problem-solving, and training the most important stakeholders—the ones doing the publishing. An area of focus is bringing my journalism background to help companies shift their corporate storytelling strategy.
