CurrentDepartments: Molecular Oncology & Immunology, gRED• Led discovery research aimed at elucidating the molecular mechanisms regulating cancer dependency genes & cardiovascular diseases.• Autonomously conceptualized, executed, and interpreted a comprehensive array of in vitro & in vivo experiments to understand underlying disease pathology. • Effectively communicated research findings internally at departmental group meetings & externally at international conferences. Collaborated cross-functionally with peers, aiding in target validation experiments for early-stage research programs.• Used Adobe Suite to design, edit, and produce data figures, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to analyze data, make presentations, and write manuscripts.Techniques• RNA, DNA, protein isolation, western blot, RT-qPCR, single-cell RNAseq, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry. • Cell culture: transfection (electroporation and lipofectamine) and lentivirus transduction of primary and cancer cells.• In vivo mouse models, multiple tissue dissociation, and cardiac ultrasound. • Advanced microscopy: confocal, Incucyte, and Bitplane Imaris analysis.
