I'm the Head of Sales at Firemind, focused every day on how we understand and tackle some of the biggest problems (and opportunities) customers face via custom data strategies, AI/ML, generative AI and digital transformation in the Cloud. Over 2.5 years ago I joined Firemind, a team of pure builders, working for some of the largest IPs as innovators. Building solutions within days where established GSIs would take months. At the very start of their AWS partner journey and unknown to most in the industry, we worked on ‘’what do we want to be famous for’’ alongside the set-up of a sales organisation, go-to-market strategies, AWS key motions & relationships and the development of our offerings portfolio. Fast-forward to today: Firemind is at the top of most competent AWS partners in EMEA (12 AWS competencies, 16 SDPs), winner of AWS Rising Star Partner of the Year 2023 UKI and a leader in Generative AI on AWS. Firemind was a launch partner for both AWS GenAI competencies. Working for many of the UK and Europe's most well-known brands of today and the high-growth brands of tomorrow.Currently, I have the pleasure of leading a team of experienced sellers, to achieve another year of triple-digit growth. My purpose is to equip each member of the team with the tools and coaching to navigate the current sales landscape: inbound to outbound sales, from pitching to closing deals, AWS stakeholder management, funding programs and the critical interlocks with delivery.To me, building a high-performance sales team is as much about setting up for success, as it is about removing blockers (processes, systems and people). To which I leverage over 10 years of experiences in continuous improvement, data, sales and customer service.Achievements:
