-Installation, maintenance and relocation of PCs and peripherals at several properties per service requests. -Administrating user credentials on a variety of applications utilized by the company. -Being proactive in preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment and software in order to prevent small issues from turning into larger issues. -Proper input and handling of tickets for requests provided by the users. -Providing excellent service in person and remotely, to all users within the company. -Becoming familiar with the equipment in our enterprise and troubleshooting issues to the best of my abilities and either resolving any issues that can rise, or providing escalation to the proper IT group.

-Provide the best in guest service to each and every client. -Managing and balancing guest accounts using Hilton's proprietary hotel management software. -Ensuring that guests accounts are correct and charged to the preferred method of payment. -Providing concierge and shuttle service to guests upon request.

-Interacting with guests, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring exceptional guest service.-Communicating, evaluating and documenting the restaurants needs to be reviewed by the rest of management. -Controlling proper inventory and staffing levels as dictated by daily sales. -Managing cash handling procedures and overseeing /completing daily financial paperwork. -Ensuring all company food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members. -Researching, implementing, and overseeing potential in-store sales and marketing opportunities. -Building sales via local store trade area marketing, and by participating in community events and organizations. -Controlling P&L. Planning, tracking and managing budgets. -Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, promoting and terminating team members. -Opening and/or closing the restaurant according to Rubio's standards by supervising Team Member performance including setup, food preparation and cleaning.
