I have had a diverse career since I started to study bachelor’s in psychology and later master’s in human resource management and organizational psychology at my university. My focus has always been on the human factor - in combination with science and a critical approach. My field of work has mostly been related to training, interventions, hiring processes, recruitment and managing. My interests are very broad, but first and foremost I like a challenging and dynamic environment that offers multiple opportunities. My skills include analytics, labour law, presenting data and reports, personnel intervention, guidance, and training. I am very self-reliant, open, inventive, and resourceful.
