Currently working on golf80.com - creating a golf community for golfers worldwide. Golf80.com is my playground for coding c# dotNet Core APIs with c# Blazor frontend and MAUI for mobile. As per contracting, I enjoy helping organizations with architecture, code, scripts, data organization, workflows, development process tracking and measurements and any development pipeline design. I have created an ITIL-3 compliant process model for a large engineering based company. The processes cover a service desk function, internal software engineering functions and marketing and sales processes. The implementation is in a standard OnDemand JIRA instance.

As VP of Engineering I was responsible for structuring Meniga's software development, during a time when the development centric organization grew from 10 to 100 people. This involved a lot of people management, recruiting developers and organizing the talent in the best way possible to deal with a demanding customer base. This includes setting up infrastructure, development processes and team structure to deal with fast growth.
