Driven by challenges, curiosity, and desire to understanding the whole picture and connecting the dots, business development, multidiscipline engineering, and project diversity have been a guiding principles in my career. Combined with my conviction to play a role in renewable energy led me to both, an engagement and an interest towards working with solutions to our common and challenging task of transitioning to a sustainable energy future. I am an enterprising, resourceful, dynamic person with good communication skills and broad experience from managing challenging projects, building organizations, core structuring new companies, and financing. My experience is ranging from international technical top management in expansive innovative company in renewable energy, to establishing new businesses in Norway and abroad and participation in heavy, demanding technical projects. I have broad multidisciplinary experience and several years of participation in international management teams and large EU/government-funded multinational projects.
