Verantwoordelijk voor operationele en organisatorische kwaliteit van de afdeling LED Chemicals.Resultaat: In projectteam visuele uitval printed diffusers teruggebracht van >10% naar < 1 %. Wekelijkse/dagelijks contact met onze klant mbt alle kwaliteits aspecten van zowel vrijgegeven alsook niet vrijgegeven producten.Behandelen van klanten klachten middels 8-D methodiek. Resultaat: Hoge score in klanten tevredenheids systeem.Begeleiden/bewaken van vrijgave processen, voor zowel eindproducten alsook grondstoffen daarbijfaciliteren van pocessen zoals FMEA, control plannen en SOP’s.
