Heading the Field Service Organisation for Instrumentation Services of Merck in Central Europe. Responsible to maintain best in class service, responsible for Customer Engagement for key accounts. Forecasting and Target Achievement of assigned territory quotas; Lead generation, provide feedback for all sales functions across divisions on customer feedback; Management of all matters of territory, account and inventory levels. Monthly Forecasting of all service related business, Quarterly summary of all revenue generating activities of services. Work with Cross-functional, Cross divisional teams within Merck on strategic projects for service development.• Manage help desk centers, field services and in-house repair centers. • Develop third party relationships in Central Europe to service Labwater products.• Develop revenue generating opportunities• Develop new post sales revenue streams.• Develop and control the Service P&L.• Develop service agreements.
