My responsibilities includes filing and encoding of names of the beneficiaries of Save the Children during Typhoon Bopha (Typhoon Pablo). Checking and securing the listed beneficiaries received the kits and goods from the organization. As an admin assistant, ensures that the needs (e.g office supplies, water supply etc) are still currently in stocks and at the same time, provides immediate response on requests like van request, OT request, etc

My responsibility includes creating user manual on all finished system, admin tasks (direct supervision from the President) and other tasks.
