As a Quality Assurance Engineer, I am responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organization's final products in order to meet established quality standards. More Specifically, I create quality measurements to track improvement in products, execute quality testing and activities, create Zephyr reports, documenting errors and issues on Jira for fixing, work closely (in the same room as) with the development team to sophisticate existing products.

As a Beginner, Advanced and Expert core systems support specialist I was troubleshooting cases that were reported by customers and front desk employees. Diagnosed and reported potential causes and solutions by using Oracle PL/SQL, before reporting them as bugs to development teams. Considering, I was working for one of the biggest Banks in Caucasian regions, the data that I had to work with consisted of millions of customers and products, reaching and exceeding Terabytes in size. After reaching Expert level of this position, I also focused on creating documentations for newer employees and interns as well as providing brief Trainings. After taking the assessment examination I got promoted to QA Engineer.
