Security Manager
Current-Evaluate business operations across multiple geographies where the client exists to identify risk areas for misconduct and fraud.-Review reports of suspected misconduct/fraud to determine the need for further investigation. Review and analyze workflows, internal dashboards, documents, and systems to identify trends, outliers and process gaps related to possible misconduct/fraud.-Train and manage team members in risk/misconduct detection and prevention techniques.-Maintain knowledge of current events and trends, in such areas as mechanisms of misconduct/fraud and techniques of system abuse.-Research or evaluate new analytical models for use in misconduct/fraud detection systems. Responsible for achieving reduction in losses through the implementation of advanced analytical models.-To carry out continuous improvement initiatives in the processes.-Manage and oversee LPT to ensure goals, objectives and SLAs are met.
