After completion of the transition process within Wärtsilä Italia S.p.A., I returned back to Wärtsilä Netherlands B.V. based in Zwolle.

In the period of February 2015 until July 2016, I was responsible for the transition process and progress of Wärtsilä Netherlands B.V. products to Wärtsilä Italia S.p.A.Transition of products, knowledge and (IM) systems such as: documentation, archiving, information (IM) systems, technical and technical / commercial knowledge, as well as providing required support and training.As such I was contracted for an IAA (International Assignment Agreement) period, including extension, of 1.5 years within Trieste, Italy.

Executing my profession the last years as Engine Expert within WNL DMTS, I am responsible for technical and technical / commercial support of concerned Maritime and Power Plant installations delivered by WNL as well as cooperative assistance and support within the Global Wärtsilä organisation.Major part of my daily work is executed from / at our main office, located in Zwolle, The Netherlands. But leading interdisciplinary project teams and other complex activities require frequently traveling worldwide, which so now and then creates my ‘global office’. Description of my tasks and operations can briefly be summarized as follows:- Site Surveys & Analysis, Field Tests, Damage Investigations, Trouble Shooting, Expert Technical Support;- Performed Training classes (internal & external), Customer Seminars and Meetings;- Assisted Sales / Sales Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Network Companies and Sub-suppliers;- Trouble shooting / RCA and Performance optimisation of Maritime and Power Plant installations;- Commissioning and assistance of Wärtsilä 38A/B, Wärtsilä 26, Deutz engines and auxiliary systems;- Upgrade, maintenance and repair jobs of W38, W26, TM410, TM620, SW280, F240 and LB Deutz engines;- Several activities at WNL Workshop, Factory, Test Laboratory, Technical Services and Field Services.
