Year One & Year Two Unit Leader, responsible for tutoring, portfolio & Design Report marking and mentoring 2 units of 15 students 2 days per week. I was lucky enough to be one of the part-time lecturers invited to accompany Year Two on their field trip to Stuttgart.

I was invited to act as Design Consultant by Manchester based FKDArchitects on a rebranding and recladding Housing Association Scheme in Hulme. We were successful in winning the £7m contract against a number of high profile firms.

In order to broaden my industry knowledge and balance out my previous design weighted experience I took the opportunity to train as a BREEAM Assessor.

11 months working in a medium-sized practice in Manchester City Centre. My roles were primarily design and fesibility based

Year One Studio Unit Leader, in charge of 42 students and 3 part-time staff/practitioners. Responsible for design tutorials 2 days per week, marking portfolio work and mentoring. I was also involved in the planning, organisation and execution of a successful and enjoyable year-group field trip to Paris

6 months project specific employment. I was hired to work with an architect on the new gallery & redesign of MOSI in Manchester City Centre. My roles included concept development, heavy client consultation and the production of a Stage C report supporting a £20m Heritage Lottery Fund bid.
