Women make up 12% of all Software Developers globally.Technology is the third-largest industry in Australia, and we've reached a point where, for Australia to continue a growth trajectory - we must prioritise the sector. Tech underpins all industries, driving growth, and enabling innovation. It should follow that tech careers are changing too, creating unlimited potential for all...Not the case. As it stands, skills, knowledge, and diversity aren't keeping pace. We are leading the way; setting out on a mission to bridge the skills gap, with the tools and techniques required to deliver a tech revolution.I’m particularly passionate about supporting working mums, and return to work mothers as they navigate the terrain of parenthood and careers. Outside of work I enjoy a strong coffee, a sweet tea, a complicated Ottolenghi recipe, parenting a freshly minted kindy kid, and a geriatric golden retriever, lamenting over my reading challenge on Goodreads, and watching *one more episode* before bed.
