Here are my daily tasks so far:1. To generate and provide production performance metrics reports, analysis of these reports and capacity scheduling to help production and management better understand production status to enabling better performance decision making.2. Provide production metrics and schedules, in timely and an accurate manner which have been analyzed appropriately.3. Provide production for any data/metrics that may be required.4. Responsible to monitor production metrics, and provide responses and corrective actions as required.5. Responsible to ensure that continuous process improvement exists.6. Identifies process or equipment problems, recommends corrective measures, and implements the solution.7. Ensure production staffs across shifts are working in accordance with the production plan, and complete work in accordance with the approach and specifications identified in the project plan.8. Reports production progress, performance and issues to the Project Manager on a daily basis.9. Escalate any production problems or issues to upper management in a timely and efficient manner.10. Communicates production information and issues to the following PASCO staff11. Provides priorities and work schedules for all QC staff.12. Monitors work flow and addresses potential problems before they happen.13. Support negotiation and discussion with BAKO in formal and informal form14. Work with Secretary Project to create a minute of meeting and review it15. Create a weekly report and a biweekly report and present it in weekly PASCO meeting and BIG biweekly meeting16. - Provide support for geospatial and mapping production systems in 3D DEM Edit Production.- Supporting on-site technical support for the INTERMAP Technologies’ production systems in Jakarta, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur production centers, with the aim of maintaining production system processes, applications and databases system availability at its highest possible level, as well as supporting development efforts and transitions to improve the performance and functionality of the existing production systems.- Acting as an interface between the Engineering team and Production team. - Tester Engineer

- To monitor and maintain work schedules for production staff, and to ensure that they meet project, monthly and annual identified targets and goals by utilizing performance management metrics and by suggesting and promoting the use of process improvements.- Be capable of understanding the technical aspects of an INTERMAP Technologies Project Plan and ensure that production staff complete work in accordance with approach and specifications identified in the Project Plan following the appropriate ISO 9001 Quality Organizational Procedures and work to provide the level of detail and associated accuracy required to meet the clients' expectations and ensure that the operating principles of INTERMAP Quality Management System are used by all production staff.- To supervise shift changes for efficiency and to supervise the activities of staff on the respective shifts.- Ensure continuous process improvement and facilitate the development of the improvement, and advising management on potential efficiency improvements as appropriate.- Creating expectations of production staff, monitoring performance and providing feedback, also assess the technical and other requirements of the production staff and implement training or other resources as required.

- Provide general training for every editor for every change in the rules of editing process. - Provide monthly assessments of performance for every editors who is in the evaluation of trainers that will be used by HRD as a basic assessment for performance review of the respective editors

- To set and maintain standards and benchmarks for the quality and quantityof work to be conducted in the production center.- To work with Shift Supervisors for expected delivery requirements.- To monitor production quality and performance in the team.- To identify potential edit performance issues in advance of the release to production.- Work with trainers to resolve on-going productivity issues.- Initiate production processes and methods to new employees.- Provide on the job training.- Communicate team member’s concerns to the Shift Supervisor.- Communicate information to their team members.
