Agap2 is an international consultancy company. The group assists its clients in speeding up their growth by helping them complete their projects.During this time I worked for a large international client (Philip Morris International) entering field of medical devices for first time. My main tasks were:- Coordinate submission and timelines with legal and technical departments- Prepare, format, QC check and compile documents for the submission of a full medical devices dossier to FDA- Actively participate -as a war room member- in a FDA meeting to defend our product- Maintain regulatory submission documentation and archives- Liaise with external service providers

- Preparing and submitting dossiers for new product marketing authorisations, quality and safety variations and renewals (MRP, DCP, CP and national procedures)- Guaranteeing that packagings, labellings, SmPCs and package leaflets fulfil the approved marketing authorisations and the current legislation- Managing multiple products simultaneously and different stages of the product life cycle- Translating documentation for different departments and the National Agency- Handling both european and national databases in addition to company platforms- Communicating with other Sanofi european affiliates and the National Agency

- Providing legal advice to pharmacists on human and veterinary drug prescriptions, storage and usage- Responsible for updating the prices of government-financed drugs - Detecting counterfeit prescriptions to prevent illegal trafficking of medicines- Representative of all new recruits

- Participated in the study of novel antibiotics- Laboratory assays to determine active centers, allosteric effect, possible inhibitors, molecular modeling, structural differences between various bacteria

- In charge of in silico drug design- Provided feedback as well as tested and optimized a new online platform for the design of new drugs- Assisted in the design of new inhibitor molecules for the European Project: 7FP-EU project “Divinocell”- Responsible for the comparative study of hormones when interacting with estrogenic receptors

- Dispensing medicines and medical products as well as formulating different drug specialities- Instructed patients on the use of medicines and medical devices- Health checks: blood pressure and diabetes screening- Managed pharmacy drug stock and storage

- Assisted in administrative issues of oncology and outpatients- Quality control: detected inconsistencies in the storage of light-sensitive drugs- Trained to detect and notify adverse reactions following drug administration
