CurrentI am responsible for developing and implementing the Annual Business Plan, NOI, Marketing Plan and Budget Management, analysing the property’s capabilities and identifying the direct programs to attract business, developing strategic programs, managing Shopping Center presence and content across all communication channels.I am responsible for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong and motivated team; ensuring our employees receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace in which we will deliver great experiences to our customers.Strong revenue and budget management skills, ability to build trust and confidence with my team and stakeholders.Think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resources to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives; eye for detail, and creative flair.I assure that everything we do, it's done following the maximum Health and Safety standards, as well as Environmental Policies.
