Office Manager
CurrentThe main objective is provide administrative service to ensure good communications existing between the Madrid office and the other global offices (75 offices in 46 countries).Responsibilities:• Full administrative duties of the 3 local offices in Spain: reponsible of invoicing, payments, billing suppliers and banking management.• Marketing and quality requirements fulfilment of the documentation, following the policies from the Headquarters in New York: presentations, proposals, progress reports and candidates reports.• Provided cover for the Partners (locally and internationally) with specific projects.• Organisation of all travel arrangements in line with policy guidelines of the company.• Completion and filling of expense claims, sales support administration and reporting as required.• Order and maintain supplies for office, following the full internal process.
