• Key member of HQ Team of Afina Group working in a highly complex project (Management, Fiscal and Audit Consolidation of the Group: Europe, Morocco and America), implementation of the Monthly Group Reporting and standardization of the accounting procedures in Afina´s subsidiaries in more than 11 countries. Annual Rev ~ $ 500M• Implemented and managed the Consolidated Audit, getting a positive Audit report and Opinion on time, it was key for the successful Afina´s sale to Westcon• Active collaboration in Due Diligence and Earn Out process• Collaborating to get Credit Facilities and implementation of successful Hedging process improving PL results ( FX + ~ $500k/ year)
