Global Professional Services Program Manager
CurrentResponsible for the successful execution of professional services projects and optimal utilization of resources. Provide oversight, review test automation work by consultants and check that output meets Leapwork's quality standards I plan, staff, execute and oversee delivery of multiple global projects simultaneously. My other key responsibilities include: Program Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Leapwork Professional Services programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective project delivery. Project Management Office (PMO): Establish and manage a robust PMO framework, defining processes, methodologies, and tools to streamline project management activities and enhance efficiency. Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects, balancing capacity, skills, and project priorities to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Financial Forecasting: Forecast revenue and track program financials to ensure profitability and budget adherence. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, contributing to successful deal closures. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance resource management processes and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence. Professional Services Automation: Deliver and maintain a professional services automation system to streamline project workflows, improve visibility, and enhance overall efficiency.
