WHA Corporation PCL (WHA Group) is a leading developer of industrial estates, logistic properties, industrial utilities and power providing fully-integrated logistics and industrial facilities solutions.- Develop strategic planning for the industrial estate development of WHA Group in Vietnam by undertaking global and Vietnam's macroeconomics, mega and industrial trends, and competitive benchmarking analysis to provide insights for the Management/ Executive Committee/ Board of Directors.- Perform feasibility study including financial modeling, market and competitive landscape analysis to evaluate internal projects and investment opportunities, supporting the Group's business activities.- Support Management in developing external collaborations with local and international Government authorities and business partners.

- Undertake economic situations, business conditions, and financial analysis within the agriculture, aquaculture, packaged food, and FMCG industry in Vietnam and worldwide. Prepare research reports providing insights for the BOM and BOD for developing improved business strategies.- Perform in-depth sectorial research, financial modeling, and valuation for business direction and investment opportunities.- Develop external business collaborations with local and international partners to support the operation, production, and trade of the Group's subsidiaries.

- Conduct research and analysis on listed Vietnamese companies operating in Food, Beverage, and Agriculture industries. Constant monitoring and coverage of industry and market trends by interacting and building relationships with portfolio companies’ BOMs, investor relations teams, and industry experts- Prepare valuation models and investment recommendation reports- Deliver and present investment opportunities to clients

- Develop lesson plans and teach English communication for students in ages of 18 - 25- Design activities to support students’ learning and development - Organize and manage class size of 15 - 30 students

Key responsibilities:- Recruit and send students to volunteer projects abroad contributing to the United Nation’s 2030 SDGs - Monitor social media and physical marketing plans- Manage and lead Exchange team (10+ members) in the volunteer customer relationship management process towards a common goal of the Organization- Gain leadership and team management experiences, risk management and decision making, together with project and event management skills
