About Gemma Aldaz Comas

With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, I am a Product Owner passionate about creating and managing technological solutions that improve customer experience and satisfaction. My mission is to understand the needs and requirements of clients, and define, analyse and supervise software projects throughout their life cycle, using agile methodologies. I currently work at CHAPP Solutions, an innovative company that develops digital platforms and solutions for the hospitality sector. I love being part of a dynamic, diverse team committed to quality, productivity and efficiency, and contributing my vision, creativity and knowledge of the tourism market. In my role as Product Owner at CHAPP Solutions, I am in charge of managing the development of software projects, from the ideation phase to delivery and maintenance. I ensure that projects meet established objectives in terms of quality, functionality and deadlines, and that the client is satisfied with the result. Previously, I worked as Customer Onboarding Manager at Mews, a hotel software company, where I was in charge of guiding clients through the system implementation process and advising them on best practices to optimize its use and profitability.
